BEKEY Business Center SARL, owner of the platform www.bekey-invest.com is a Limited Liability Company with a Board of Directors with a capital of 1,000,000 CFA francs whose head office is located in Abidjan, Cocody Angré, registered in the register du commerce et du Crédit Mobilier de Abidjan under the number CI-ABJ-03-2022-B12-00480, Service provider, management and management consulting.

Access to certain information and services on the Site is subject to registration and the creation of an investor account and/or an entrepreneur account under the conditions defined in article 6 below.

ARTICLE 6. Conditions for creating an investor account

 6.1 Characteristics

 6.1.1 Capacity of Account Holders

The creation of an Investor Account is subject to registration and is exclusively reserved for persons of legal age and not placed under a system of guardianship, curatorship or safeguard of justice.

6.1.2 Mandatory rules

Any visitor to the Website (hereinafter the "User") is deemed to accept the rules governing the operation of the Website.

Any Internet user registering on the Site declares and guarantees:

(a) that he is duly authorized and has the necessary rights if he represents a legal person,

(b) that all information provided when registering is true and correct,

6.1.3 Access

BEKEY Business Center will implement all means to make the site accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of BEKEY Business Center and subject to maintenance periods. and possible failures.

In the event that the User or the Investor becomes aware that another person has accessed his account, the User or the Investor will immediately inform BEKEY Business Center by e-mail (info@bekey-invest.com), and will confirm this information by registered letter addressed to the head office of BEKEY Business Center as indicated in the header hereof.

6.2.3 Penalties

The fact of creating or using new accounts under its own identity or that of a third party without having requested and obtained the prior written authorization of BEKEY Business Center may result in the immediate suspension and without notice of the User's Investor Account(s). or Investor, as well as the cancellation of transactions entered into on its Investor Accounts.

6.3 Use

Internet users undertake to use the Site under the conditions provided for in these T&Cs and in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

The Internet user is solely responsible for the information, data, comments, images and more generally all content that he transmits via the Site, and as such waives the right to take any action against BEKEY Business Center and/or the manager of the site, in particular on the basis of the attack on the right to the image, his honor, his reputation or the intimacy of his private life.

BEKEY Business Center and/or the site manager cannot be held responsible for information that the Internet user discloses on his own initiative. ARTICLE 7. Personal data and privacy

7.1 Data collected by BEKEY Business Center

BEKEY Business Center collects personal data on the client consulting the www.bekey-invest.com website.

The Data collected through the Site and subsequently processed by BEKEY Business Center are those that Internet Users voluntarily transmit, in particular via registration forms.

The Data collected for a user concerns at least the surname, the first name, a valid e-mail address (which will be worth an identifier when connecting to the Site), the choice of a password. Any beneficiary of an Investor Account is solely responsible for the use made of his identifier.

 Due to its limited role as an intermediary, BEKEY Business Center will not be liable to the Internet user for any loss or damage that he may suffer.

BEKEY Business Center is not responsible for any action or false communication by the Companies;

10.1.5 Relations between the various partners

BEKEY Business Center is not responsible for relations between the various partners and in particular: between an Internet user and a company and/or any third party whose hypertext link as defined in article 11 below and/or the advertisement appears on the Site;

10.1.6 Startups

BEKEY Business Center is not responsible for the presentation of the project, the progress of the project, delays or cancellations of projects by startups, its realization or not, once the project has been financed, the allocation or not, of the counterparties possibly proposed by the contractor, etc.

10.2 BEKEY Business Center is expressly bound by an obligation of means in the provision of the service.

12.2 Hypertext links to the Site

Deadlines: BEKEY Business Center will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of ten (10) working days from receipt. In the event that we are not able to provide you with an answer within this period, we will contact you to inform you of the reason for this delay and to indicate to you how long we will be able to answer you.

Appeal: If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you have the possibility of appealing to the Mediator of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

ARTICLE 16. Conflict, jurisdiction and applicable law

These Terms are governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with Cameroonian law, the language of interpretation being the French language in the event of a dispute over the meaning of a term or provision herein. Subject to the provisions of public order applicable in terms of jurisdiction, the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Abidjan will have sole jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to these presents.
